We are professionally certified by Pro Smiles Dental School and offer the Adore Smiles Whitening System in our med spa. This is a professional light-activated teeth whitening system that combines the strongest, freshest gels with our high-powered blue LED teeth whitening light.

The system utilizes a proprietary 40% hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening gel that is highly effective yet safe for sensitive teeth. Using a paint-on system in which the gel is carefully brushed onto the teeth with a built-in pen style applicator brush. Soft mouth tissue is protected with the use of a cheek retractor and vitamin e swabs.

For best results we recommend a full Adore Smiles Teeth Whitening once per year with mini touch ups every quarter, or as needed. Consuming particular foods that stain teeth, such as wine, coffee, red sauces or dark sodas can expedite the staining process and may require more touch up visits. However, no need to give up your favorite foods and beverages! Thankfully we offer our patients a special Express touch up rate to keep your smile bright and white!

*Please note that dental restorations such as bonding, dental crowns, or porcelain veneers are not affected by bleach, however they will maintain their default original color while the surrounding teeth are whitened and individual results will vary.

Pre/Post Care

You want to arrive to your appointment with clean/brushed teeth. You should wait 12-24 hours after tooth gem application to avoid sensitivity or premature loss of the gem. Brushing your teeth too soon after a treatment will be abrasive on the teeth and gems. If sensitivity occurs, it will diminish within 24 hours.

What are tooth gems?

Add a little sparkle to your beautiful smile with tooth gems! Tooth gems are a celebrity favorite as a non invasive, semipermanent way to upgrade your smile. Tooth Gems are a Swarovski crystal adhered onto the tooth by our certified technician. They can last 3-9 months with proper care.

How do I remove the gems?

Often times the tooth gems will naturally fall off after several months. If you wish to have them removed sooner we do recommend making an appointment with your dentist to properly remove the gem. If you need to remove them at home, they can be removed with any traditional tweezers or dental floss. Simply pry up on any side of the gem to remove. Floss can work with a little more pressure moving it back and forth to “cut” the glue.
